We're looking for people to join our customer service sales team, helping people to select and connect their essential services when moving home and those who are simply seeking out a better deal.
Who you are:
- An experienced Sales Consultant who has worked in telephone (call centre) based roles, preferably in selling Telco and Utilities products (particularly Broadband).
- An enthusiastic, driven, hard working Sales Consultant who can hit the ground running and deliver the highest level of customer service consistently.
- You will value working in a professional and consultative advisory sales specialist team where the customer experience is the priority.
What you will be doing:
- Present and promote tailored solutions to customers from a full suite of home
- utilities and services products.
- Conduct a full discovery conversation with each customer to ensure they are
- getting the best value and the most appropriate product for their needs.
- Ensure an excellent level of customer service through effective phone, email
- and online communication.
